Announces the purchase of the ALTA and LESE financial products from
MUNI-Corp
(The Laissez Faire City Municipal Corporation)
and the issuance of
200,000 Financial Advantage Warrants
Digital Monetary Trust announces the purchase of ALTA and LESE, two
specialized web-based financial products, from MUNI-Corp (the Laissez Faire
City Municipal Corporation) for the sum of $200,000. In addition, MUNI-Corp
has been issued 200,000 financial advantage warrants to purchase two percent
of the Digital Monetary Trust share capitalization under the following
terms.
Each warrant may be exercised to purchase a single share of Digital
Monetary Trust stock for US$5 (five U.S. dollars) any time in the calendar
year 2004. Each warrant expires on December 30, 2004. Additional warrants
will be issued to MUNI-Corp, if necessary, to adjust for stock splits or any
other future dilution of the Digital Monetary Trust share capitalization
that takes place prior to January 1, 2004.
ALTA and LESE were developed by the Digital Monetary Trust and were
partially financed by the Laissez Faire City International Trust. Digital
Monetary Trust is a Laissez Faire City fostered corporation specializing in
anonymous banking transaction systems.
